坂本龍一とオーケストラの競演ライヴが今年も全国7カ所で開催決定！

昨年5月、東京と大阪にて開催された坂本龍一のオーケストラとの競演ライヴ「Playing the Orchestra」が、今年は全国7カ所で開催されることが決定した。今年の「Playing the Orchestra 2014」ではピアノ演奏に加え、坂本龍一が全曲の指揮を執る予定とのことだ。
昨年の公演の音源が収録された『Ryuichi Sakamoto | Playing the Orchestra 2013』には、「戦場のメリークリスマス」「ラスト・エンペラー」「シェルタリング・スカイ」数々の映画音楽作品からYMOの楽曲まで、新たにオーケストラ用に編曲された名曲を収録され、現在発売中である。今年の開催に向けて、まずは昨年のアルバムで気分を高めてはどうだろうか？
